Advance Payment
All services and treatment packages must be paid for in advance before commencement.
No Refund Policy
Payments once made are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement approved by MedLoc Healthcare Services.
Cancellation Policy
Both the customer and MedLoc Healthcare Services may cancel a service or treatment package by providing a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice to our customer support team or by emailing info@medloc.in.
Any refund, if applicable, shall be processed strictly as per the terms agreed upon with the company, and subject to review and approval.
Company Rights
MedLoc Healthcare Services reserves the sole right to accept or reject any cancellation or refund request, in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
